From advising strategic plans to developing strategy deployment tools and annual plans, our consultants have facilitated leaders in all aspects of their journey. This work is billed at an hourly rate.
Our leadership training is our most diverse consulting area. Each of our consultants have served in a coach/facilitator role at some point in their career. They now serve in leadership roles. Our consultants are natural facilitators who enjoy sharing their leadership knowledge. We have two standard methods of leadership support:
1. Leadership Developing Training: A six-session training course aimed at connecting leaders with their true strengths and potential. The training includes work outside of the sessions and is best spread out over 6-months. Leaders will come out of the training with a work plan for leadership development and ideas for connecting with mentors, in addition to all the materials within the course.
2. Customized Leadership Consulting. These services range from a membership-based concierge service for new leaders to retainer-based programs for those big issues that come up unexpectedly.
We also offer hourly consulting when you just need to run something by a trusted professional.
Employee relations, recruitment guidance, compliance and regulatory support. We've got you! Our seasoned HR consultants have corporate HR roles, city/government experience, and years of HR leadership in their toolboxes.
